SECURE 2.0 Act of 2022 was passed by Congress on December 23, 2022. This legislation has many provisions that will provide Americans with the opportunity to build a more secure retirement future. Come to this one-hour interactive workshop to hear an overview of the key provisions, review implementation dates and discuss what you may need to do in order to take advantage of these enhancements. Also, we’ll provide lunch! We look forward to seeing you.

Scott Holechek, CEBS 2nd Vice President Ameritas Scott has worked in the retirement plans industry 30+ years, most of that with Ameritas. He serves both the private and public sector, currently working as the practice leader in the governmental, non-profit and pooled employer retirement plan market space. In his role, Scott strives to use his retirement plan experience to help financial professionals explore, design and implement a quality retirement plan solution to fulfill the retirement needs of their clients. Scott highly values building relationships in order to better understand client needs and develop solutions. He is Series 6 securities licensed and attained the AIF, CEBS and FLMI professional designations and is a past president of the Nebraska ISCEBS chapter. In addition, Scott is a member of Lincoln Rotary #14 and board member for several non-profit organizations in his hometown of Lincoln, NE. |
